Luciano Spalletti ha parlato in conferenza alla vigilia dell'esordio in campionato della sua Juventus, attesa in casa del Frosinone domenica 23 Agosto alle ore 18.30. “Complimenti al Frosinone per il ritorno in Serie A e al mio amico Alvini per il lavoro svolto" ha iniziato il tecnico, prima di spostarsi ad analizzare l'avvicinamento della sua squadra a questa nuova stagione.
Farsi trovare pronti
Spalletti ha voluto subito mettere in chiaro la necessità di partire forte e iniziare subito a macinare vittorie: “E' suonata la campana. E' già iniziato il campionato. Chi non sarà pronto si accorgerà che verrà spinto verso l'uscita” ha messo in guardia. "Non c'è tempo per aspettare, aggiustare e sperare, bisogna andare dentro e far bene, non raccontare di volere far bene ma farlo vedere”. Il tecnico ha comunque giudicato positivo il lavoro dei suoi: “Le sensazioni sono buone, abbiamo lavorato bene nei limiti del possibile, con il gap dei calciatori tornati dal mondiale in ritardo e le difficoltà della tournée, che è comunque andata nel migliore dei modi grazie a tutto il personale della Juventus, che ringrazio per il lavoro svolto. Come definirei la Juventus? Oggi l'aggettivo può essere coeso, affiatato, compatta come squadra. Poi in futuro mi potrebbe piacere diventare solidi, densi, fitti, spessi”.
La corsa all'Europa
Quanto alle ambizioni della stagione, Spalletti frena sulla lotta scudetto e la corsa all'Europa: “Non so se si è accorciato il gap, so che ci sono 7-8 squadre in grado di lottare per i primi 4 posti, e che noi lo scorso anno siamo rimasti fuori. Ci metto anche la Fiorentina che ha fatto un grande lavoro. Bisogna far vedere di essere bravi. Conta poco fare discorsi, c'è da diventare squadra, trovare equilibri, indovinare quando far riposare qualcuno e usare la totalità della rosa, che l'anno scorso non è stato fatto moltissimo. Siamo migliorati, poi saranno le vittorie a dire quanto. Anche l'anno scorso abbiamo vinto tante partite, ma non è scontato rivincerle, e dobbiamo vincerne anche di più". Spalletti, almeno per il momento, respinge discorsi su classifiche, posizioni e obiettivi. "Noi abbiamo fatto un buon mercato e siamo nelle condizioni di farne altro. Ma il Milan ha fatto un buon mercato, Napoli e Inter erano già forti. La Roma ha fatto mercato. Siamo tutti dentro quel gruppo di squadre e calciatori e società che hanno forti ambizioni. Noi giocheremo per fare il massimo. Vogliamo vincere tante partite, sin da domani. Mi piacerebbe fare una conferenza tutti insieme con quelle 7-8 squadre, a tutti dite che bisogna arrivare secondi-terzi, ma vi accorgereste che è come quando chiedo ai miei giocatori quale formazione farebbero e poi si accorgono che devono tenere fuori dei giocatori”.
A lezione dalla Serie B
Spalletti ha poi annunciato, se gli impegni lo permetteranno di volere vedere da vicino alcuni tecnici di serie B per trarre spunti e imparare: “Cerco sempre di aggiornarmi. Quest'anno voglio mandare qualche allenatore di serie b per imparare serie nuove", ha detto, sfruttando il fatto di essere in differenti categorie "Ce ne sono moltissimi che sono bravi. Giampaolo, Bianco, Pagliuca, poi Galloppa, Modesto, Corradi. Vogliamo andare a scoprire cose nuove e informarsi da colleghi che hanno le carte in regola”.
Mercato non ancora concluso
Un tema importante, ovviamente, continua ad essere il mercato: “E' stato fatto un buon mercato. Ma il mercato non parte uguale per tutti. C'è chi deve fare piccoli restauri e chi restaurazione importante. Noi ci stiamo muovendo al meglio rispetto a com'era la nostra situazione iniziale. Ma c'è ancora del lavoro da fare. Stanno continuando ad arrivare presto la mattina i direttori (ride ndr). Hanno saputo sfruttare delle cose che il mercato ha offerto” ha detto. Il tecnico ha inizialmentre glissato sui singoli, ma si è poi sbottonato su alcuni arrivi e anche su giocatori già in rosa: “Vedo Alajbegovic essere tra i più chiacchierati. E' un giocatore che crea lo shock temporale. Ti dà la scossa forte. Poi ci sono calciatori che erano della Juventus come Nico Gonzalez e Douglas Luiz, che io non conoscevo, ma mi sono piaciuti per livello e spessore di calciatori, per carattere e passo”. Mentre su un altro chiacchierato bianconero, Milik, ha dichiarato: “Questa settimana è rimasto fuori da due allenamenti e mezzo. Io ho la speranza che possa essere un nuovo acquisto, ma tutte le volte che l'ho sperato gli è risuccesso questo o quell'infortunio. Vanno fatto ragionamenti approfonditi. Sono venuti problemini, anche se in questa preparazione sembrano essere di meno. Valutiamo le cose, mi rifaccia la domanda la prossima settimana”.
Quanto alle sirene di mercato su Yildiz, Spalletti non ha dubbi: “La vivo tranquillamente perché Yildiz dal mio punto di vista è una questione facile, per me possono offrire quello che vogliono. Voglio poterlo mettere in campo nella prossima stagione. Il suo futuro è importante già nella Juventus, non perché offrono 100 milioni o arrivano club che hanno potenzialità di offrirli. C'è già nel club che offre 100 milioni per lui. Siamo tutti tranquilli e vogliosi di far vedere le totali potenzialità di un potenziale fenomeno”.
Ultime di formazione e la questione portieri
Quanto alle ultime di formazione, è lo stesso Spalletti a dare le prime novitò: “Vicario e Kolo Muani inizieranno dall'inizio. Questione portieri? Sono tranquillo. Noi siamo andati a prenderci Vicario che riteniamo forte, esperto, che ha qualità in porta e con i piedi. E' un calciatore fisico. Gli mancava lavoro con la squadra, ma lo ha effettuato questa settimana. Il lavoro da portiere lo aveva fatto con la situazione precedente. Gioca lui. Perin viene in panchina e poi se ci saranno novità. Di Gregorio mi sembra che sia ufficiale la cosa. Perin rimane con noi fino a che ci sarà utile. Penso sia d'accordo anche lui per quella che è la serietà del ragazzo”.

As for the season's ambitions, Spalletti holds back on the Scudetto fight and the race for Europe: "I don't know if the gap has closed, I know that there are 7-8 teams capable of fighting for the top 4 places, and that last year we were left out.
