Banda è al centro di una vera e propria disputa legale che nelle ultime ore si è arricchita di nuovo particolari. La FIGC infatti ha deciso di intervenire in merito ma dopo la decisione di tutelare gli interessi del Lecce nel complicato caso di mercato che ha coinvolto l'esterno zambiano “Desaparecidos” dai radar del club nostrano praticamente dal termine della scorsa stagione ora è arrivato il transfer provvisorio che gli ha permesso di firmare un nuovo contratto in Libia. Inizialmente la federazione aveva espresso parere favorevole alla società giallorossa, mettendo di fatto la parola fine al tentativo di trasferimento verso lo Swehly SC ma ora le cose sembrano momentaneamente cambiate. Proprio la validità di questo vincolo è stata inizialmente la chiave che ha permesso alla società pugliese di vincere la prima battaglia e di ottenere il blocco del trasferimento a parametro zero inizialmente ipotizzato dal club libico. Le norme vigenti parlano chiaro: un atleta sotto contratto non può accordarsi con altre realtà senza il preventivo benestare della società di appartenenza, specialmente quando non sussistono clausole rescissorie o risoluzioni consensuali certificate. Poi però qualcosa è cambiato.

La società pugliese non può quindi opporsi a questa decisione ma si tratta pur sempre di un “transfer temporaneo” e quindi la situazione potrà tornare ad evolversi. Se infatti il caso è chiuso per la giustizia sportiva manca ancora una sentenza della giustizia ordinaria. Ora il Lecce attende e intanto si gode i primi 3 punti conquistati in questa Serie A contro il Venezia.
