Dopo la Roma, già sicura di un posto con la vittoria dello scudetto, anche Inter e Juventus hanno strappato l’ambito pass europeo. Le bianconere hanno superato prima il secondo turno preliminari, con due gare non semplici contro le portoghesi della Toreense e le svedesi dell’Hammarby, e poi il terzo, contro le austriache del St Polten. Arduo anche il doppio confronto dell’Inter che ha ribaltato il 2-0 dell’andata contro il Wolfsburg nel match di ritorno, finito ai rigori con l’affermazione nerazzurra.
Women’s Champions League, Juve: basta un pari
Dopo lo 0-3 dell'andata in Austria, la Juventus Women pareggia 1-1 contro il St. Pölten nella gara di ritorno del terzo turno di qualificazione alla Women’s Champions League. A Biella le bianconere passano in vantaggio nel primo tempo con Tatiana Pinto, prima di essere raggiunte nella ripresa da Aagaard. Il finale di gara è all'insegna del controllo per le bianconere, che sigillano la qualificazione senza correre più rischi. Un risultato che permette alla squadra di Isaac Guerrero di superare il turno e accedere alla League Phase di Women's Champions League.
Inter: che impresa
Un'impresa, un momento che entra nella storia. Una partita di cuore e di volontà, di sacrificio e speranza, una speranza che sembrava fioca, alimentata sempre di più nel corso di centoventi, lunghissimi minuti. Nel finale, al 120', il 3-1 di ' Milinković che porta la sfida ai rigori dove l'Inter blinda la qualificazione.

La Presidente della Serie A Women ha poi aggiunto: “E se la Juventus, che aveva già ipotecato il passaggio del turno dopo la gara di andata, e la Roma già ammessa dopo aver vinto lo scudetto lo scorso anno, sono abituate a questi palcoscenici, festeggiamo la prima storica qualificazione dell’Inter, capace di superare una big come il Wolfsburg. Complimenti alle ragazze, a mister David Sassarini, a tutto il suo staff e alla società: siete il nostro orgoglio”.

Italian Women's Champions League format. Historic evening for Italian women's football which sees three teams landing among the best 18 on the European scene. After Roma, already sure of a place with the victory of the Scudetto, Inter and Juventus also secured the coveted European pass. The Bianconere first passed the second preliminary round, with two difficult matches against the Portuguese team Toreense and the Swedish team Hammarby, and then the third, against the Austrian team St Polten. Inter's double match was also arduous as they overturned the 2-0 lead from the first leg against Wolfsburg in the return match, which ended on penalties with the Nerazzurri winning.
