Totale incertezza a casa Milan per quanto riguarda la prossima stagione. Dopo la rivoluzione voluta da Cardinale che ha portato all’esonero di Tare, Moncada, Furlani e soprattutto Allegri (promesso sposo del Napoli), il club rossonero sta cercando l’uomo da cui ripartire in panchina.
Casting sempre aperti, con vari nomi sul taccuino di RedBird e secondo le ultime indiscrezioni sta prendendo quota l’ipotesi Oliver Glasner, ormai ex tecnico del Crystal Palace da cui si è recentemente separato.
Il Diavolo pensa a Glasner
Nel capoluogo lombardo si sta cercando di accelerare le pratiche, così da progettare il mercato estivo. Ibrahimović e Cardinale hanno deciso di puntare su Glasner e vorrebbero quanto prima strappare il suo sì.
Ci sono stati dei primi contatti e martedì prossimo dovrebbe avvenire un ulteriore incontro più formale. Nel frattempo, il mister 51enne (reduce da un’annata impegnativa e altalenante conclusa al quindicesimo posto in Premier, senza dimenticare la celebre conquista della Conference League) si è preso dei giorni di riposo per staccare la spina, dunque ancora nessuna decisione presa sul futuro.
Rangnick la chiave ?
Per consentire l’arrivo del classe ‘74, i meneghini potrebbero giocarsi la carta Ralf Rangnick. L’attuale CT dell’Austria (già seguito in passato) sarebbe tra i candidati per il ruolo di responsabile dell’area tecnica rossonera e un eventuale approdo del tedesco spalancherebbe le porte all’allenatore ex Eintracht. Rangnick però gradirebbe pieni poteri sul mercato, anche se per il momento le sue attenzioni sono rivolte al Mondiale: Austria impegnata nel girone J con Algeria, Argentina e Giordania.
La formazione lombarda sta comunque valutando diverse piste come Jaissle dell’Al-Ahli (altro pupillo di Rangnick), oppure il commissario tecnico degli USA Pochettino.
Glasner, qualità e quantità
Rispetto al predecessore Max Allegri, l’austriaco porterebbe a Milanello una tipologia di calcio differente, fatta di gioco offensivo e continue verticalizzazioni. Unico aspetto in comune, il modulo poiché Oliver ha spesso adottato la difesa a 3, dove il fulcro è rappresentato dagli esterni capaci di effettuare entrambe le fasi durante la gara.
Nelle due prestigiose esperienze a Francoforte e Londra (sponda Palace), il mister originario di Salisburgo si è guadagnato l’etichetta di re di Coppe: ben 4 trofei conquistati, di cui 2 Europei. Alla guida dell’Eintracht è arrivata l’Europa League del 2022, mentre con il Crystal Palace ha alzato al cielo una FA CUP e una Community Shield nel 2025, più la recente Conference League (decisivo il successo sul Rayo Vallecano firmato Mateta lo scorso 27 maggio).
In Germania e Inghilterra ha scritto la storia, vedremo se adesso il destino lo porterà nel nostro paese. Glasner attende la giusta chiamata, forse quella del Milan.

In the meantime, the 51-year-old coach (returning from a demanding and up-and-down year which ended in fifteenth place in the Premier League, without forgetting the famous conquest of the Conference League) has taken some days off to unwind, so no decisions have yet been made about the future.
Rangnick la chiave ?
To allow the arrival of the class of '74, the Milanese could play the Ralf Rangnick card. The current coach of Austria (already followed in the past) would be among the candidates for the role of manager of the Rossoneri technical area and a possible landing of the German would open the doors to the former Eintracht coach. Rangnick, however, would like full powers on the market, even if for the moment his attention is focused on the World Cup: Austria is involved in group J with Algeria, Argentina and Jordan.
However, the Lombard team is evaluating various leads such as Jaissle of Al-Ahli (another Rangnick protégé), or the USA coach Pochettino.

At the helm of Eintracht he won the Europa League in 2022, while with Crystal Palace he raised an FA CUP and a Community Shield in 2025, plus the recent Conference League (the success against Rayo Vallecano signed by Mateta last May 27th was decisive).
He wrote history in Germany and England, we'll see if destiny will now bring him to our country. Glasner awaits the right call, perhaps that of Milan.
