Qualche giorno di mare e tranquillità per ricaricare le batterie, senza però staccare davvero la spina. Cristian Chivu ha trascorso il weekend a Capri insieme alla moglie Adelina e a un gruppo di amici, concedendosi una pausa dopo settimane intense. Un anno impegnativo quello del rumeno ma che ha regalato grandi gioie a tutto il popolo interista e ora la pausa è piu che meritata. Un relax che però in un certo senso è solo apparente, perché il tecnico nerazzurro continua comunque a guardare avanti e a progettare il futuro dell’Inter.
Il mercato è già partito
Sull'isola presente anche il direttore sportivo Piero Ausilio. Nessun summit ufficiale, ma l'occasione per confrontarsi lontano dai riflettori e fare il punto sulle strategie in vista della prossima stagione.
Il mercato è già entrato nel vivo. La dirigenza lavora per consegnare a Chivu una rosa ancora più competitiva e adatta alle sue idee. I primi movimenti sono già stati definiti: Aleksandar Stankovic è rientrato alla base dopo l’esperienza al Club Brugge con i nerazzurri che hanno fatto valere la recompra a dimostrazione di quanto il club creda nel talento del centrocampista serbo, reduce da una stagione di alto livello tra campionato e Champions League in Belgio. L'Inter lo valuterà durante il ritiro estivo, consapevole di avere tra le mani uno dei giovani più interessanti del panorama europeo. La permanenza a Milano resta una possibilità concreta, ma non mancano le pretendenti e davanti a offerte importanti il club potrebbe anche decidere di lasciarlo andare per poi investire il guadagno.
I nomi caldi
Dumfries, invece, ha salutato i nerazzurri, lasciando scoperta una corsia che rappresenta una delle priorità del mercato estivo. Ecco perché tra i profili seguiti con maggiore attenzione c'è quello di Palestra, considerato un investimento importante sia per il presente sia in prospettiva futura.
Più in generale, sono diversi i nomi caldi e i discorsi aperti sui quali Ausilio e il suo staff stanno lavorando. A centrocampo continua a piacere molto Curtis Jones: il centrocampista del Liverpool viene ritenuto il profilo ideale per aggiungere qualità, intensità ed esperienza internazionale alla mediana a disposizione di Chivu.
In difesa, invece, il nome più caldo resta quello di Solet dell'Udinese. I contatti tra le parti proseguono e il francese è considerato uno degli obiettivi principali per rinforzare un reparto che potrebbe cambiare volto nelle prossime settimane, anche alla luce di alcune situazioni contrattuali ancora da definire.
Attenzione infine anche al capitolo portieri. Con Josep Martinez destinato a raccogliere definitivamente l'eredità di Sommer, l'Inter sta valutando Ivan Provedel come innesto di esperienza e affidabilità per completare il reparto.

Rinnovo fino al 2028
Al rientro a Milano, poi, è atteso un passaggio ormai considerato una formalità: la firma sul rinnovo di contratto. L'accordo tra le parti è stato raggiunto da tempo e porterà Chivu a prolungare il proprio legame con il club fino al 2028, con un significativo adeguamento economico. Un segnale di fiducia totale da parte della società nei confronti dell'allenatore romeno, sempre più al centro del progetto nerazzurro.
Prima qualche giorno di serenità a Capri, poi di nuovo al lavoro: perché il futuro dell'Inter è già cominciato.

The market has already come alive. The management is working to give Chivu an even more competitive squad suited to his ideas. The first moves have already been defined: Aleksandar Stankovic has returned to base after his experience at Club Brugge with the Nerazzurri who have made the repurchase count, demonstrating how much the club believes in the talent of the Serbian midfielder, fresh from a high-level season between the championship and the Champions League in Belgium. Curtis Jones continues to be very popular in midfield: the Liverpool midfielder is considered the ideal profile to add quality, intensity and international experience to the midfield at Chivu's disposal.
In defence, however, the hottest name remains that of Solet from Udinese. Contacts between the parties continue and the Frenchman is considered one of the main objectives to strengthen a department that could change face in the coming weeks, also in light of some contractual situations yet to be defined.
