Serie A experienced three early stages of matchday 11 today, which saw Napoli and Inter confirm their lead in the standings, while AC Milan suffered a home defeat against Udinese.

Napoli defeated Salernitana 2-0, thanks to goals from Raspadori and Elmas in the second half. Garcia’s Azzurri dominated the match, making the Granata defence difficult with their verticalisations and combinations.

Inter win the fifth game away in Serie A

Inter won 2-1 on the pitch against Atalanta, in a very balanced and intense challenge. The Nerazzurri took the lead on a penalty kick by Calhanoglu, after a foul by Scalvini on Darmian.

In the second half, Lautaro Martinez doubled it with a magic shot from outside the box, which surprised Musso.

Atalanta shortened the gap with Scamacca, who took advantage of a Zemura cross. In the final, the Bergamaschi pushed for the equalizer to the last even after Toloi was sent off for double admonition. Inter thus moved up to 28 points.

The match experienced a few scary moments due to an injury that happened to Pavard in the first half for which medical examinations will be needed in the coming days.

Crisis Milan

Milan lost 1-0 to Udinese, in a game in which the Rossoneri suffered from the physicality and aggressiveness of the Friulians.

Udinese found the decisive goal in the 61st minute with Pereyra, who converted a penalty awarded for a foul by Florenzi on Success.

Milan tried to react, but found little space in the Bianconeri defence, who repelled all attacks.

Udinese went close to doubling the score with Samardzic, who hit the post. Milan thus remained on 22 points, minus six from Inter.
