Milan have been in training camp since Friday to prepare in the best possible way for the match against Cagliari. Decisive challenge for the Rossoneri who have the chance to end the season in the best possible way by reaching the objective set from the beginning of the year.
Concentrazione: la parola d'ordine

The Rossoneri coach tried to maintain high concentration: "We will have to win for the full stadium and above all for the fans who supported us even in the most difficult moments of the season. In the second round in the last 3 matches at San Siro we only got one point. We have all the players and we will need the entire team but there will be 100 minutes to bring the victory home."
I precedenti di Milan-Cagliari
Milan could achieve two consecutive victories in Serie A for the first time since March, while scoring at least two goals in three games in a row would be a result that has been missing since last December.
However, the Rossoneri are coming off three complicated home games, with just one point won, and risk recording four consecutive home matches without a win for the first time since February-April 2021.
The historical precedents, however, smile on the Devil: Milan remained unbeaten in 41 of the last 42 matches against Cagliari in Serie A (31 wins, 10 draws), scoring 83 goals overall. The Sardinians' only victory in the period dates back to 28 May 2017 (2-1 at Sant'Elia). Furthermore, at the Meazza, they have won 18 of the last 21 home matches against Cagliari, with the island's last success dated 1 June 1997, a goal by Roberto Muzzi, with Carlo Mazzone on the bench for the Sardinians and Arrigo Sacchi for the Rossoneri.
Complimenti a Marotta
The coach's words on Marotta's declarations at the Arena Civica, during the Inter party, are interesting: "I won't let the romantic side fall... I congratulate president Marotta, his words must be a stimulus for all of Milan. We are one step away from the second star: we must close this season in the best possible way and have the ambition to do better next year. This year too we had the ambition to do our best, but if we are currently third it means that we have not been up to the task of competing for the championship".
The coach will rely on the attacking duo Nkunku-Gimenez for this match, with Jashari making his fourth in a row from the first minute. Saelmaekers returns to the right, Ricci-Fofana run-off, while Leao and Pulisic will start from the bench.
Unavailable for Pisacane, Folorunsho, Idrissi, Liteta, Kilicsoy. Among those called up we see Felici again. Borrelli favored over Belotti for the center forward role.
