Nuovo passaggio nell’indagine della Procura di Milano che vede coinvolto l’ex designatore arbitrale Gianluca Rocchi.
Nell’avviso di comparizione appena notificato, i pm contestano anche l’ipotesi di frode sportiva "in concorso con esponenti della società Inter". Soggetti che, allo stato, restano però privi di una precisa identificazione.
Il buco dal punto di vista probatorio
Il punto centrale resta la prova del nesso causale. Al momento, secondo quanto si apprende, non emergerebbero elementi sufficienti a dimostrare pressioni dirette esercitate dal club nerazzurro sul designatore per alterare l’esito delle gare contestate.
Al filone già noto — Bologna-Inter della stagione 2024/25 e la semifinale di Coppa Italia con il Milan — si aggiungono ora Inter-Verona del 3 maggio, diretta da Manganiello anziché da Sozza, e Torino-Inter del campionato appena concluso, affidata a Mariani "previo assenso della società", secondo la ricostruzione accusatoria.
A San Siro la partita, terminata 1-0, fu decisa dal rigore segnato da Asllani. Nel match dell'Olimpico Grande Torino, invece, a indirizzare il match verso il definitivo 2-2 fu un contestassimo calcio di rigore assegnato ai granata per un colpo di mano incolpevole e non punibile di Carlos Augusto. Va anche sottolineato che i nerazzurri avevano già lo scudetto in tasca e non hanno tratto vantaggio dalla partita.
Dal punto di vista probatorio, non risultano intercettazioni dirette tra dirigenti Inter e Rocchi, né sono stati sottoposti a sequestro i dispositivi telefonici. L’impianto accusatorio si fonda pertanto sulle conversazioni già acquisite.
Il presunto condizionamento sarebbe transitato, sempre secondo i pm, attraverso i dirigenti AIA con funzione di raccordo tra designatore e società. Figure istituzionali il cui compito sarebbe quello di gestire i rapporti e filtrare i malumori, pur entro un perimetro di legittimità.
Al via la prossima fase delle indagini
A condurre la prossima fase sarà il pm Ielo, subentrato al collega Ascione, prossimo al trasferimento a Roma. Il suo compito sarà quello di vagliare gli atti per verificare se quei limiti siano stati travalicati. Da lì la scelta tra la richiesta di rinvio a giudizio o, scenario al momento ritenuto più probabile, l’archiviazione.
Il termine per la decisione è fissato entro la fine del mese.
Separato resta il filone relativo alle cosiddette "bussate" al VAR di Lissone, destinato a transitare a Monza per competenza territoriale.
A Milano, nel frattempo, l’indagine entra nella sua fase decisiva.

The alleged conditioning would have passed, again according to the prosecutors, through the AIA managers with the function of liaison between the designator and the company. Institutional figures whose task would be to manage relationships and filter discontent, albeit within a perimeter of legitimacy.

The next phase will be led by prosecutor Ielo, who has taken over from his colleague Ascione, who is about to move to Rome. His task will be to examine the documents to verify whether those limits have been exceeded. Hence the choice between the request for indictment or, the scenario currently considered more probable, dismissal. The deadline for the decision is set by the end of the month.
The thread relating to the so-called "knocks" on Lissone's VAR remains separate, destined to pass to Monza for territorial jurisdiction. In Milan, in the meantime, the investigation enters its decisive phase.
