Il mercato dell’Inter è pronto ad entrare nel vivo. Dopo la delusione per il mancato arrivo di Palestra e il sogno Nico Paz sfumato si lavora su vari profili. Servono due difensori, un portiere e un centrocampista, oltre all’esterno destro che possa sostituire Dumfries. Di questo e altro ha parlato Piero Ausilio, direttore sportivo dei nerazzurri.
Ausilio: “Noi bravi ad imparare dalle sconfitte”
Il primo argomento di queste dichiarazioni del D.S. è stata la gestione delle sconfitte: “Si dice che quando si perde, in realtà si impara e noi l’anno scorso abbiamo imparato. Era già capitato dopo Istanbul, ma la parte bella è la reazione del club, di tutti i calciatori che hanno deciso servisse qualche motivazione in più per cancellare quanto successo e così è stato. Vincere aiuta a nascondere problemi? Aiuta a vincere. La nostra forza dopo una vittoria deve essere quella di resettare subito: la vittoria va dimenticata in fretta perché il calcio ricorda le sconfitte e quindi bisogna ripartire subito".
Ausilio sul mercato: “Impossibile competere con la Premier”
Ausilio ha anche affrontato l’argomento mercato, soffermandosi sul come combattere lo strapotere economico della Premier League: "C’è un modo per riuscire a contrastare l’egemonia economica della Premier League? Le idee, l’unica cosa che mi viene in mente. Ogni anno la forbice si allarga sempre di più, dobbiamo continuare a fare ciò che siamo riusciti a fare noi club italiani, qualcosa in più dalle idee, recuperando giocatori che magari in Inghilterra non sono stati grandi protagonisti. E l’unico modo, a livello economico oggi non possiamo competere. Non siamo abituati a piangerci addosso, proviamo a fare qualcosa in più attraverso le idee".
