Alessandro Bastoni ha ricevuto nelle ultime ore un avviso di garanzia nell'ambito dell'inchiesta sul giro di escort che da settimane è al centro dell'attenzione della Procura di Milano. Il nome del centrale nerazzurro è emerso durante l’inchiesta sulla “agenzia delle escort”, società di Cinisello Balsamo, che secondo le accuse organizzava cene, serate in discoteca e notti in hotel per i clienti vip, soprattutto calciatori. Il difensore dell'Inter e della Nazionale italiana risulterebbe indagato per l'ipotesi di reato di prostituzione minorile, una contestazione legata a fatti ancora tutti da accertare. Secondo diverse fonti, l'avvio della procedura da parte degli investigatori nascerebbe da un presunto rapporto che il calciatore avrebbe avuto con una ragazza che all'epoca dei fatti 17enne. Proprio questo elemento avrebbe portato gli inquirenti ad approfondire la posizione del difensore nerazzurro nell'ambito dell'indagine in corso.
L'ipotesi accusatoria e i punti ancora da chiarire
Al momento la vicenda presenta ancora numerosi aspetti da approfondire. L'invito a comparire per venerdì 3 luglio è al buio, non sappiamo nulla delle indagini. Valuteremo se rispondere o meno ai pm”.
Nell’ambito della stessa inchiesta sono stati chiamati a testimoniare Daniel Maldini, Riccardo Calafiori e Kevin Bonifazi, convocati dalla Guardia di Finanza come persona informata dei fatti e non come indagati.

Salvatore Scuto, defender of Alessandro Bastoni in the escort investigation, made statements to AGI: "My client excludes having had a relationship with a girl who he knew was a minor. The invitation to appear for Friday 3 July is in the dark, we know nothing about the investigations. We will evaluate whether or not to respond to the prosecutors".
As part of the same investigation, Daniel Maldini, Riccardo Calafiori and Kevin Bonifazi were called to testify, summoned by the Guardia di Finanza as persons informed of the facts and not as suspects.
