Il mercato dei giovani è spesso una partita parallela a quella dei grandi nomi ma non per questo meno importante. Lo sa bene l'Inter, chiamata nelle prossime settimane a decidere il futuro di alcuni dei prospetti più interessanti emersi dall'Under 23. Tra questi c'è Luka Topalovic, protagonista di una stagione in costante crescita culminata con l'esordio in Serie A e il pregevole assist servito a Diouf contro il Bologna. Nelle ultime ore, il Catanzaro ha mosso passi concreti per lo sloveno, inserendosi in una corsa che coinvolge sempre più società.
Catanzaro, incontro con l'Inter per Topalovic
Dopo la straordinaria cavalcata che lo ha portato fino alle fasi finali dei playoff di Serie B, le Aquile vogliono continuare a costruire il proprio futuro puntando sul talento e sulla valorizzazione dei giovani. È in quest'ottica che va letto l'incontro andato in scena a Milano tra il ds Ciro Polito e la dirigenza nerazzurra. Sul tavolo il nome principale era proprio quello di Topalovic, uno dei giocatori che più hanno attirato l'attenzione degli osservatori durante la stagione dell'Inter U23.

La concorrenza, del resto, è ampia. Su Topalovic continuano a esserci gli interessamenti di Pisa, Cesena, Padova e di altri club che vedono in lui uno dei profili più interessanti dell'intero panorama giovanile italiano. Parallelamente, resta viva anche una soluzione internazionale: quella che porterebbe il giocatore in Belgio con una formula simile a quella utilizzata per Aleksandar Stankovic, ovvero una cessione accompagnata da un diritto di recompra in favore dell'Inter.
La sensazione è che il club nerazzurro non abbia alcuna fretta di prendere una decisione definitiva. Il 20enne viene considerato un patrimonio tecnico da gestire con attenzione mentre Cocchi rappresenta uno dei profili più avanzati dell'intero settore giovanile. Per entrambi l'obiettivo non sarà semplicemente trovare una squadra ma individuare il contesto più adatto per continuare il percorso di crescita che, nelle idee della società, dovrà portarli sempre più vicino alla Prima squadra e al calcio dei grandi.
