Se ne è parlato tanto negli ultimi mesi. Il nome di Nico Paz è stato accostato con continuità all'Inter, alimentando fantasie e discussioni tra i tifosi nerazzurri. Un profilo che in viale della Liberazione piace praticamente a tutti e il primo tra i suoi estimatori è senza dubbio Javier Zanetti. Tra il vicepresidente interista e la famiglia Paz esiste un rapporto che va ben oltre il semplice legame calcistico, un fattore che negli anni ha contribuito ad avvicinare il talento argentino al mondo nerazzurro.
Inter ora Nico Paz non è cosi lontano
Fino a pochi giorni fa, però, immaginare Nico Paz con la maglia dell'Inter sembrava qualcosa di abbastanza fantasioso. Il Real Madrid, proprietario del cartellino, appariva infatti pronto a esercitare la recompra prevista dagli accordi con il Como per riportare il classe 2004 alla base. Uno scenario che sembrava chiudere ogni spiraglio per le pretendenti italiane ma nell’ultimo periodo qualcosa starebbe cambiando. L’intenzione dei Blancos sarebbe quella di riportarlo alla base ma non necessariamente quella di trattenerlo.
A rimettere tutto in discussione e ad alimentare il sogno nerazzurro è stato Ivan Zazzaroni. Il direttore del Corriere dello Sport, attraverso un post pubblicato su Instagram, ha riacceso le speranze interiste dichiarando: "Nico Paz era un desiderio/obiettivo impossibile dell'Inter prima che Florentino ne fissasse il prezzo, 60 milioni, quando ha saputo che il giocatore gradirebbe restare a Como. Oggi è relativamente meno impossibile, visto che il Como non può spendere quella cifra poiché sotto FPF. Può comunque azzardare una trattativa. Marotta aspetta. Oaktree che fa? Autorizza?". Oltre all'ok della prioprietà, ai nerazzurri secondo questo scenario servirebbero delle cessioni, visto che il budget di mercato sarebbe in gran parte destinato a Palestra. Frattesi, Luis Henrique, Stankovic jr e Bonny potrebbero diventare possibili variabili da tenere in considerazione.
L'Inter osserva e aspetta, consapevole che il talento argentino rappresenterebbe un investimento importante ma anche un colpo dal valore tecnico e prospettico enorme.
Il futuro di Nico è apertissimo
Nel frattempo, il futuro del numero 10 lariano resta al centro di continui contatti tra Como e Real Madrid. I Blancos mantengono infatti il controllo dell'operazione grazie alla clausola di recompra fissata a 10 milioni di euro, esercitabile entro il 30 giugno 2026. Proprio nei prossimi giorni è previsto un incontro tra i due club per discutere nuovamente della situazione del giocatore e capire quale strada intraprendere. C'è al momento una divergenza di intenzioni tra il Real, che vorrebbe riscattare Nico Paz e rivenderlo al Como con una formula differente da quella attuale, e il Como che preferirebbe invece mantenere l'accordo attuale con la recompra valida per il prossimo anno.
Nelle ultime settimane, inoltre, diversi media spagnoli hanno riportato come lo stesso Nico Paz abbia manifestato la volontà di restare ancora una stagione a Como per continuare il proprio percorso di crescita e avere la certezza di giocare con continuità, aspetto che al Real Madrid sarebbe molto più difficile da ottenere.
È proprio questo elemento a rendere oggi la pista Inter meno irrealistica rispetto a qualche mese fa. Se fino alla primavera sembrava scontato il ritorno a Madrid, ora lo scenario è più intricato. Il Real deve decidere se riportarlo alla base, lasciarlo ancora a Como o valutare eventuali soluzioni alternative. E in questo contesto Marotta resta alla finestra.
La sensazione è che il destino di Nico Paz si deciderà nei prossimi dieci giorni. L'Inter continua a considerarlo un profilo ideale per qualità tecniche, età e margini di crescita. Da semplice suggestione, il sogno potrebbe davvero trasformarsi in qualcosa di più concreto.
