Lewis Hamilton vince a Barcellona un anno dopo il suo approdo in Rosso e si lascia andare all'emozione: "Guardavo la Ferrari vincere quando ero piccolo in tv, mi domandavo cosa significasse vincere con questa macchina. Tutto fantastico, spero sia la prima di tante vittorie" ha detto il fenomeno inglese, al 31esimo Gran Premio in Ferrari. Per lui è la vittoria numero 106 di una carriera mitica. Ha aggiunto poi: "Grazie tutti. Mi avete aiutato tantissimo a realizzare questo sogno, non so come ringraziarvi. Ai fan, grazie per avermi ricordato chi sono. Non ce l'avrei fatta senza di voi! Vogliamo continuare così e regalare altre vittorie al team, non abbiamo mai mollato. Forza Ferrari!"
Ha aggiunto poi: "Con il lavoro abbiamo ritrovato il feeling, devo ringraziare chi ha lavorato dietro le quinte credendo e avendo fiducia nelle decisioni, abbiamo iniziato questo viaggio insieme. Adoro quello che faccio, non c'è emozione più bella. Lotta per il campionato? Ci prendiamo questo risultato, la Mercedes è ancora molto veloce, dobbiamo migliorare, non è finita qui di sicuro", ha concluso.

Lewis Hamilton wins in Barcelona a year after his arrival in Red and lets himself go with emotion: "I watched Ferrari win when I was little on TV, I wondered what it meant to win with this car. Everything was fantastic, I hope it's the first of many victories" said the English phenomenon, at his 31st Grand Prix with Ferrari. For him it is victory number 106 of a mythical career. He then added: "Thank you all. You helped me so much to make this dream come true, I don't know how to thank you. To the fans, thank you for reminding me who I am. I couldn't have done it without you! We want to continue like this and give the team more victories, we never gave up. Forza Ferrari!"
He then added: "With work we found the feeling again, I have to thank those who worked behind the scenes believing and having faith in the decisions, we started this journey together. I love what I do, there is no better emotion. Fighting for the championship? We'll take this result, Mercedes is still very fast, we have to improve, it's not over here for sure", he concluded.
