Dopo gli ultimi eventi Alessandro Bastoni sembra proprio arrivato al limite, pronto a fare le valigie per sfuggire a una pressione mediatica diventata sempre più insostenibile. Secondo i ben informati avrebbe infatti fatto sapere all'Inter di non vedere altra via di uscita che la cessione al Real Madrid, in attesa che la corte di Mourinho si concretizzi.

L’ipotesi contestata a Bastoni riguarda un presunto incontro con una ragazza che, all’epoca dei fatti, non aveva ancora compiuto 18 anni; la sua posizione, come è doveroso ricordare, è ancora tutta da chiarire davanti agli inquirenti.
Il punto centrale, sul piano giudiziario, resta quello del pagamento. Ed è proprio qui che le ultime dichiarazioni sembrano spostare il baricentro della vicenda. La ragazza, sentita come testimone, avrebbe negato di essersi prostituita e di aver ricevuto denaro dal centrale nerazzurro. Secondo quanto riportato dai mezzi di informazione, le sue parole sono state nette: “Non sono una prostituta, non mi sono prostituita e non ho preso soldi da Bastoni”. Una dichiarazione che, se confermata nel percorso processuale, potrebbe incidere in modo decisivo sull’impianto accusatorio.
Sulla stessa linea si è mosso l’avvocato Salvatore Scuto, difensore del calciatore, che ha escluso rapporti a pagamento e, a maggior ragione, rapporti con minorenni. Il legale ha anche chiarito che l’invito a comparire sarebbe stato ricevuto “al buio”, spiegando di non conoscere ancora nel dettaglio tutti gli elementi dell’indagine e riservandosi di valutare se rispondere o meno ai pubblici ministeri.
È bene allora separare i piani, perché in casi così delicati le parole pesano come sentenze, anche quando sentenze non sono. In termini generali, la prostituzione minorile presuppone un rapporto tra atto sessuale e denaro o altra utilità; diverso è il caso di un rapporto consenziente con una persona di 17 anni, in assenza di corrispettivo e fuori dalle ipotesi particolari previste dalla legge. Il Codice penale, infatti, disciplina gli atti sessuali con minorenne distinguendo varie fasce e condizioni, tra cui il limite dei 14 anni e le situazioni di affidamento, convivenza, autorità o abuso di influenza.
La vicenda risalirebbe all’estate del 2020, in un tempo sospeso e straniante: l’Italia usciva dal lockdown, le restrizioni cominciavano ad allentarsi, la vita riprendeva con una fame quasi irrazionale di normalità. Ma ciò che allora poteva apparire come una parentesi privata, oggi riemerge con la forza violenta della prima pagina, entrando non solo nella vita professionale di Bastoni, ma anche nella sua sfera più intima e familiare.
Ed è forse proprio questo l’aspetto più doloroso. Perché prima ancora delle valutazioni della Procura, prima ancora delle strategie difensive e delle ricostruzioni investigative, esiste un uomo travolto da un’esposizione mediatica enorme.
