L’arrivo di Anan Khalaili all’Inter dovrà attendere ancora. L’iter per il trasferimento del classe 2004 non è infatti concluso, perché il CONI ha richiesto ulteriori approfondimenti clinici prima di rilasciare l’idoneità sportiva necessaria al tesseramento.

Dal punto di vista della trattativa, gli accordi tra Inter e Union Saint-Gilloise restano definiti. A rallentare l’operazione non è quindi un nodo di mercato, bensì la procedura prevista dalla normativa italiana in materia di idoneità sportiva. Prima del via libera definitivo, il CONI intende verificare che tutti i parametri sanitari del calciatore siano pienamente conformi ai protocolli previsti dalla Federazione.
Si tratta di una prassi che in Italia è particolarmente rigorosa proprio per i seri rischi legati all’attività agonistica, motivo per cui i controlli vengono effettuati con grande attenzione e possono richiedere esami aggiuntivi anche in assenza di criticità evidenti. Proprio per questo il caso Khalaili è diverso da quello di Ederson sfumato al Manchester United: in quella circostanza fu il club inglese a decidere di non proseguire l’operazione, mentre in questo caso è l’autorità medico-sportiva italiana a richiedere ulteriori verifiche prima di concedere l’idoneità.
Fino a quando gli accertamenti non saranno completati, l’Inter non potrà formalizzare l’acquisto del giocatore. Solo dopo il rilascio dell’idoneità sportiva il trasferimento potrà essere ufficializzato, ma al momento non si può escludere nemmeno che la trattativa possa saltare qualora gli esiti degli esami non fossero ritenuti pienamente compatibili con i criteri richiesti.
I tempi dipenderanno esclusivamente dall’esito degli approfondimenti richiesti dal CONI. Al momento non è possibile stabilire quando, e se, arriverà il via libera definitivo.

Manca l'idoneità sportiva
From a negotiation point of view, the agreements between Inter and Union Saint-Gilloise remain defined. What is slowing down the operation is therefore not a market issue, but rather the procedure established by Italian legislation regarding sporting eligibility. Before giving the final green light, CONI intends to verify that all the player's health parameters fully comply with the protocols established by the Federation.
This is a practice that in Italy is particularly rigorous due to the serious risks associated with competitive activity, which is why checks are carried out with great attention and may require additional tests even in the absence of obvious critical issues. Precisely for this reason the Khalaili case is different from that of Ederson who ended up at Manchester United: in that circumstance it was the English club that decided not to continue the operation, while in this case it is the Italian sports medical authority that requests further checks before granting suitability.
Until the investigations are completed, Inter will not be able to formalize the purchase of the player. Only after the release of sporting eligibility can the transfer be made official, but at the moment it cannot be ruled out that the negotiation could fall through if the results of the exams are not deemed fully compatible with the required criteria.
The times will depend exclusively on the outcome of the investigations requested by CONI. At the moment it is not possible to establish when, and if, the final green light will arrive.
