Tra sorrisi e dopo i primi carichi di lavoro, i nerazzurri sono arrivati in Germania, dove resteranno in ritiro fino al 25 per preparare al meglio la nuova stagione. La prima parte della preparazione dell'Inter si concluderà domenica 26 luglio con l’amichevole contro il Karlsruher SC, in programma alle 16:30 al BBBank Wildpark di Karlsruhe.
Cristian Chivu dovrà inizialmente fare a meno di alcuni reduci dal Mondiale. Akanji, Thuram e Lautaro raggiungeranno il gruppo più avanti, con il capitano nerazzurro, trascinatore dell'argentina in semifinale con l'Inghilterra, ancora impegnato nella competizione.
Donaueschingen, tra Foresta Nera e Danubio
La sede scelta per il ritiro è Donaueschingen, cittadina del Baden-Württemberg situata nel sud-ovest della Germania, ai margini della Foresta Nera. Attraversata dal fiume Brigach, il luogo è conosciuto soprattutto come inizio del Danubio, uno dei corsi d’acqua più importanti d’Europa. L’ambiente tranquillo e immerso nel verde offre alla squadra nerazzurra la possibilità di allontanarsi dalle distrazioni e prepararsi al meglio per una stagione che si prospetta molto impegnativa, essendo l’unica squadra italiana impegnata in 4 competizioni.
L’Öschberghof ospiterà i nerazzurri durante il loro soggiorno, resort ormai diventato un punto di riferimento per la preparazione delle squadre calcistiche. La struttura può contare su tre campi in erba realizzati secondo le indicazioni UEFA, situati a poca distanza dall’hotel, un’area di relax e benessere formata da palestra, piscina coperta da 25 metri, un campo da golf e spazi dedicati al recupero fisico.
Il precedente della Spagna campione d’Europa
La cittadina tedesca, ormai, non rappresenta più una novità nel calcio internazionale. In passato vi hanno lavorato squadre come Barcellona e Liverpool, rispettivamente durante le preparazioni estive del 2021 e del 2023. Il precedente che più fa ben sperare i tifosi nerazzurri, però, resta quello della Spagna. La nazionale di Luis de la Fuente scelse proprio l’Öschberghof come sede del ritiro della fase finale di Euro 2024, sfruttando tutti i comfort a disposizione. Non a caso, proprio a Donaueschingen ci fu la preparazione degli ultimi giorni prima della finale di Berlino, vinta per 2-1 contro l’Inghilterra grazie alla rete decisiva di Mikel Oyarzabal.
Un precedente che alimenta inevitabilmente qualche suggestione. Coincidenza o meno, i ragazzi di Cristian Chivu vogliono regalare alla famiglia interista una stagione piena di successi ed emozioni. Sarà il campo a stabilire se anche per l’Inter Donaueschingen diventerà uno dei luoghi chiave di un’annata storica.

The Öschberghof will host the Nerazzurri during their stay, a resort that has now become a point of reference for the preparation of football teams. The structure can count on three grass pitches built according to UEFA guidelines, located a short distance from the hotel, a relaxation and well-being area consisting of a gym, a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a golf course and spaces dedicated to physical recovery.

The German citizen is no longer a novelty in international football. In the past, teams such as Barcelona and Liverpool have worked there, respectively during the summer preparations of 2021 and 2023. The precedent that gives Nerazzurri fans the most hope, however, remains that of Spain. Luis de la Fuente's national team chose the Öschberghof as the training camp for the final phase of Euro 2024, taking advantage of all the comforts available.
